Odlewnia Żeliwa S.A. is a company with over 100 years of tradition. The company was established in 1886 and the first fittings were produced here in 1901. The plant operated under different names (e.g. Fabryka Łączników i Wyrobów Lano-Kutych Ernest Erbe) but it could always be distinguished by the EE Mark of products manufactured here.

Today, continuing its business activity as Odlewnia Żeliwa S.A. and being part of GWARANT Grupa Kapitałowa S. A., the company strives for perfection and for the EE Mark to be identified with top quality, ecology, professional ethics and confidence.

Modern, pro-ecological technologies, modernized facilities, experienced and highly qualified staff allow us to offer our Customers a wide variety of products:


- EE Mark fittings of whiteheart malleable cast iron:

• produced accordingly to the EN-10242 standard,
• wide product variety (approximately 600 types of dimensions – black and the same number of hot galvanized),
• dimensions from 1/4” to 4”,

- castings from different types of cast iron:

• EN-GJMW-400-5; EN-GJMW-450-7 according to PN-EN 1562:2000 whiteheart malleable cast iron,
• EN-GJMW-360-12 according to PN-EN 1562:2000 weldable cast iron – as the only manufacturer on the domestic market,
• EN-GJS-400-18 LT; EN-GJS-400-18 RT; EN-GJS-400-18; EN-GJS-400-15; EN-GJS-450-10; EN-GJS-500-7; EN-GJS-600-3; EN-GJS-700-2 according to PN-EN 1563:2000 nodular cast iron,
• GGV-30; GGV-35; GGV-40 (according to VDG W50 instruction) compacted graphite cast iron
• unit weight of castings from 0,1 to 25 kg,

- Lost Wax Precise Castings:

• weight from 50 g to 3500 g,
• from cast steel alloys: cast carbon steel, low-alloy cast steel, high-alloy cast steel.

The products manufactured at the Foundry are sold not only on the domestic market but they are also a high quality export product to countries such as: Italy, Germany, France, Finland, Russia, Estonia, Lithuania, Greece, Morocco, Jordan.
